Who we are

This website presents Karen S. Wells, Leadership Practitioner, Keynote Speaker and Enterprise Strategist. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form you may share your name, email, phone number, organization, event date, event type, audience size and a message. The book forms ask for an email address. While the site is in its concept stage, these forms are demonstrations and nothing you type is sent or stored.

How information would be used

Once the forms are live, the details you share will be used only to reply to your enquiry, plan a speaking engagement, or send the book updates you asked for.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Details may be shared with service providers who help operate the site or handle email, only as needed to provide those services.

Cookies and embedded content

The speaker reel is played through Vimeo, which may set its own cookies when you choose to play the video. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Retention

Enquiry details will be kept only as long as needed to respond and manage an engagement, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information you have shared, or unsubscribe from book updates at any time, by getting in touch through the contact page.
